Most toys get played with twice. The box comes out on the birthday, it holds attention for one rainy afternoon, and by the following weekend it is under the sofa with a piece missing.
It is almost never because the toy was bad. It is because the toy only had one thing to show them.
MagniMates has no finished model and no right answer. Nothing on the box tells them what to make, so nothing tells them when to stop. That is the whole product, and it is the reason it keeps getting picked up.
Why the magnets stay in
On cheap copies the magnet is pressed into one thin outer wall, and ordinary play works it loose.
Ours sits sealed inside a double walled hand or foot, with nothing on the surface to pick at or prise loose. Still holding after the hundredth rebuild.
The whole company
The same people pack your box and answer your emails. If MagniMates is wrong for your child, the person replying to you will say so.
