Shipping & Returns

Delivery is free on every EU order over €30. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, then about 3 to 5 working days to arrive, fully tracked.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Thirty days from delivery, and the box does not need to be sealed. Opened, built with and spread across the floor is fine, that is the whole point of trying it.

Send it back and we refund the full amount. Return postage is free.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
